The terms and conditions detailed below will apply to all transactions on this website and from our Ebay shop. Your purchase of a product confirms acceptance of these terms and conditions. We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions and request that you familiarize yourself with them thoroughly before making a purchase.

Accessory Fitting

All our products are easy to install for anyone with basic DIY skills and the correct tools. All necessary instructions are provided. If in any doubt please contact us and we will be willing to provide advice. We will not be held accountable for damage to product or property caused by incorrect fitting and/or usage.

Prices

All prices listed on this website are in UK pounds sterling including value added tax. The total cost of your order including postage and packing will be included in your quote. This will be the final price you will be charged, there will not be any hidden or additional costs.

Payment

We currently accept payment by PayPal, Cheque, Postal Order or BACS. All our prices assume that you are making payment vis Paypal, if payment is made via another means the calculated paypal fees will be deducted form your bill. We request that you submit your order to us and await an invoice. Alternatively, if you wish to purchase through Ebay please contact us with the specifics of your order and we will be happy to place a ‘Buy it now’ item on our site (assuming your product is not already listed).

In the extremely unlikely event that we are not able to fulfil your order, we will contact you and a full refund will be given.

Order Acknowledgements.

Upon receipt of your order we will send you an invoice to your email address. Upon receipt of payment we will acknowledge that payment has been received. A further email will be sent when your order has been dispatched.

Delivery

All items offered for sale on this website can be delivered to UK mainland addresses including: The Scottish Highlands and Islands , Orkney, Shetland, Isle of Man , Channel Islands , and Northern Ireland . For a delivery quotation to any country outside of the UK please contact us at sales@boatcanopiesandcoversdirect and we will happy to help.

All goods must be checked and signed for on delivery by you or your agent. When you sign for goods received in good condition this is an acceptance that no damage has occurred so please check. No damaged products can be returned if you have signed to say goods received in good condition.

We will make every effort to deliver goods on time but delays occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control. Boat Canopies and Covers Direct shall not be liable for any delay or failure to deliver within an estimated timescale. Boat Canopies and Covers Direct will do everything possible to ensure that you receive your order in perfect condition. In the unlikely event of missing parts, damaged or incorrect orders, you must notify us within 48 hours of receipt.

Returns/Faulty Goods

Boat canopies and Covers Direct will only accept returns by prior arrangement. Notification must be made by either emailing us at info@boatcanopiesandcoversdirect.co.uk or writing to us at Boat Canopies and Covers Direct, 5 Market Street , Turriff, Aberdeenshire , AB53 4AJ . Returned products must be complete, unused, and with the original packing and any accessories.

If you are not happy with your purchase we offer a 7 day no quibble refund policy provided that the returned product is complete, unused, and with the original packing and any accessories and the cost of returning the product is paid by the customer. If the item is a non-stock item (e.g. a specialist item that we have had manufactured to meet your exact requirements) there will be a 30% fee.

Our returns policy does not cover faults caused by accidents, neglect, misuse, or normal wear and tear.

Privacy

We will maintain your privacy at all times. Information, such as your name, postal and e-mail address, telephone number and any other information about you or your business/organisation will only be used solely for the purposes for which it is intended and will not be disclosed to any third party.
