Why should I buy a canopy for my boat?

Imagine a convertible car without a top! Not only does a quality canopy protect you and your passengers from wind, rain and sun, making your powerboating more enjoyable. It also protects your boat's interior, enhances its apperance and increases its value.

Why should I buy a cover for my boat?

A quality well fitting cover protects your investment by helping to prevent UV and moisture damage to upholstery, carpets, floor and internal fixtures. It can also help prevent your boat from sinking if you keep it on a mooring.

Why should I purchase a canopy or cover from BC&CD?

We are confident that there are no other suppliers in the UK offering comparable high quality products at such a low price. Not only are our products significantly cheaper, we also aim to provide an unrivalled delivery time of four days if we have the item in stock or three weeks if not.

How do you manage to keep your prices so low?

We purchase our products direct from the companies who supply the leading boat manufactureres on the other side of the Atlantic. We buy en mass, use non-commercial storage, sell online and ask that you fit the product yourself - all of which keeps our overheads low allowing us to pass on huge savings to you.

Your prices are low does that mean your products are 'cheap'?

Our products are 'cheap' in price only. All our products are made by OEM (original equipment manufactures) for the leading sportsboat companies in the USA. The materials which are used are top quality professional materials, Top Gun Polyester and Acryllic Sunbrella for canvas, aluminium frames and high quality fittings.

Do I need to bring my boat to you for measurement and fitting?

No! Unlike most marine upholsterers we do not require you to bring your boat to us for measurement or fitting. As our products are direct from the factory they will fit directly onto your boat (assuming you have ordered the correct model and year!) No towing required!

How are the canopies fitted?

Both the canopies and the over-windscreen cover require you to fit the windscreen clips on the aluminum windscreen frame. To do this you with need to drill some small holes. Full instructions are provided. It is also necessary to drill some small holes to fit the canopy frame fittings. Again full instructions are provided. Fitting time for a canopy if approximately 2hrs. A cover should take taking around 1hr 30minutes. Both require very little technical skill. How do I place an order?

You can place an order in two ways. Either by contacting via email stating your order and we will send you a Paypal invoice, you can either proceed to purchase via Paypal or you can send a cheque if you prefer. Or, you can purchase through our ebay shop. If the specific item you require is not available on our shop please email and we will list it for you. We are currently working on other payment methods.
